What can you say young people who stop the school at 16 years old?<o:p></o:p>

I will ask with the young person to tell me the true reasons which push it to stop the studies at 16 years old. If its reasons are founded I will try all the same to incite it to seek a formation by alternation to help it to obtain a professional insertion.<o:p></o:p>

In would your opinion why stop the studies also early?<o:p></o:p>

Often, they stop the adhesive without valid reasons. They are satisfied with die that they do not like that what they learn them is not useful and which they preferred to work or remain on their premises.<o:p></o:p>

Those which have to stop the school too early often finds in an unstable situation (without employment and/or sufficient resources and cannot become autonomous later 6 years, they are always the responsibility of their parents).  The others cumulate formations without true project and work contract at unlimited duration. In fact, little of them make a success of really their professional insertion and social.<o:p></o:p>

You THINK that it is a good thing that the young people take certain dies not very suitable where is saying the studies are easy?<o:p></o:p>

The young people must give each other the means of choosing their die with discernment and to be the actors, of their project professional, because even when they choose a die which they think of following, they is necessary for them to be justified and to be invested to make a success of a project.<o:p></o:p>
